Key Responsibilities
1. Client Relationship &; Lead Conversion
Social Media & WhatsApp Management: Actively engage with incoming inquiries across Instagram and WhatsApp with speed, expertise, and precision.
Lead Nurturing: Convert cold digital leads into boutique appointments and remote sales.
2. Content Coordination & Social Media

1. Client Relationship &; Lead Conversion
Social Media & WhatsApp Management: Actively engage with incoming inquiries across Instagram and WhatsApp with speed, expertise, and precision.
Lead Nurturing: Convert cold digital leads into boutique appointments and remote sales.
2. Content Coordination & Social Media
- Video & Photo Editing: Edit raw video footage and photos according to M&B’s established brand guidelines and aesthetic.
- Publishing & Scheduling: Upload and manage content on a regular, disciplined schedule across our social media platforms.
- Engagement Tracking: Keep our digital community active and responsive.
- Future-Proofing M&B: Actively experiment with new AI technologies and digital workflows to keep our brand ahead of the industry curve.
- Frontal Sales: Welcome clients to the Singapore showroom, providing an insider-level sales experience .
- Daily Shop Tasks: Maintain showroom presentation, handle jewelry inventory, and assist with daily operational setups.
- Proven Sales & Communication Skills: Confident in both face-to-face and over text communication (WhatsApp/IG DMs) .
- Content Creation Skills: Practical experience with mobile video editing apps (e.g. CapCut, Canve ) and a strong eye for luxury visual aesthetics.
- Passion for Jewelry: Genuine interest in natural diamonds, gemstones, and high-end manufacturing.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English (Mandarin is a strong advantage for servicing our local and international clientele).
- 5-Day Work Week: Must be available to work Saturdays (with a designated weekday off).
