Pick up B/Q from tender drawing
Compute costing sheet
invite suppliers to quote base on the pick up B/Q
Cost comparison on all suppliers quotations
propose and select the suppliers
tender documentation preparation
Analyse unit rate for material
prepare final costing upon contract awarded
