Working Hours: Monday - Friday : 8.30am - 6.00pm
Salary: Up to $3K/month
Start Date: Immediate
Duration: 12-month contract

Summary Of The Role
We are hiring a Operations Executive (Events & Stakeholder Engagement) to support manpower development initiatives for the social service sector. You will help plan and coordinate recruitment fairs, engagement sessions and stakeholder activities involving social service agencies, recruitment agencies and internal partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Your responsibilities will include conducting desktop research, mapping workforce resources, coordinating event logistics, managing registrations and attendance records, maintaining databases, following up with stakeholders, and preparing basic reports and presentation materials.
• You will also provide administrative support such as meeting coordination, documentation, minutes-taking and procurement-related administration.

Key Requirements:

• At least a Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in event coordination, recruitment support, stakeholder engagement, project administration or operations support.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online registration platforms.
• Ability to coordinate activities, maintain accurate records and support event or project operations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills for liaising with stakeholders and preparing routine reports or correspondence.
• Able to organise tasks, manage timelines and work independently with appropriate guidance.
