As a Senior Relationship Manager in the Auto Loans Team, your Key Responsibilities include:

1.     Relationship management

• Build long-term partnerships with clients in the automotive industry.

2.     Advisory

• Guide businesses through loan applications, structuring, and approvals.  

3.     Portfolio growth

• Achieve revenue and customer retention goals while increasing the portfolio’s profitability through cross-selling and referrals.

4.   Stakeholder management

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth client servicing.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years’ proven track record in corporate financing, with working knowledge of the automotive industry and in auto loan products like Block Discounting, Floor Stock and Direct facilities
• Minimally should have 3 years of supervisory experience
• Degree in Business or Finance related discipline
• Good industry network and interpersonal skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• A self-starter and team player
• Results-driven with a passion for helping businesses succeed
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
