Job Description & Key Responsibilities

• Store & Listing Management: Product uploads, title/description optimization, pricing strategy, inventory tracking, and campaign setups across platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Shopify).
• Order Fulfillment & Logistics: Monitoring daily order processing, return/refund disputes, supply chain stock levels, and customer support coordination.
• Traffic & Sales Campaigns: Executing digital promotions, mega-sales campaigns (11.11, Payday), voucher strategies, and platform-native ad setups (Shopee Ads, TikTok Shop Ads).
• Data Analytics & Reporting: Tracking Key Performance Indicators (Sales, Conversion Rate, AOV, ROAS), generating weekly performance reports, and identifying growth opportunities.
• Customer Service Support: Respond to customer inquiries via platform chat widgets, resolve order issues, manage return/refund requests, and maintain high shop performance ratings.
• Performance Tracking: Monitor daily/weekly sales performance, compile basic analytics on conversion rates, traffic, and inventory turn, and report trends to management.

Key Requirements & Skills

• Platform Expertise: Hands-on experience navigating backend seller centers (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce/Shopify).
• Technical Skills: Basic Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets (VLOOKUP, basic data aggregation), light photo editing (Canva/Photoshop) for promotional banners.
• Operational Mindset: High attention to detail regarding stock levels, price accuracy, and order tracking.
• Qualifications: Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-Commerce, or 1–3 years of hands-on e-commerce experience.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
