Roles & Responsibilities
Support Project Managers for an end-to-end project implementation, including planning, execution.
Support Project Planning activities, including preparing timelines, schedules, status reports, and documentation.
Track project tasks, dependencies, risks, and issues under the guidance of project managers.
Working with BAs and help manage and coordinate activities throughout the SDLC, including requirements gathering, Testing (UAT), Training, etc.
Leading change management efforts to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new systems and procedures.
Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including executive management, to ensure project alignment with organizational priorities.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experiences in banking
A bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology or related field.
Experience in system related project (as project members or end users) is a must.
Prior experiences as PMO
Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to adapt to changes
