Job Overview:
We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. The HR Generalist will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor regulations, and assisting with employee relations, recruitment, benefits administration and performance management. This position requires a strong understanding of HR best practices and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Administer and support day-to-day HR activities, including the implementation and execution of HR programs and policies.
- Assist in handling documentation related to foreign staff (e.g. visa application or renewal), where applicable.
- Stay current with trends, best practices, regulatory updates, and new technologies in human resources, talent management and employment law.
- Manage contractor-related processes, including onboarding, compliance and performance monitoring.
- Ensure compliance with company regulations and industry standards, while continuously improving safety services and maintaining the operational effectiveness of the plant's service management system.
- Serve as a liaison in the execution of management directives and operational measures.
- Develop, revise, and implement evaluation systems for outsourced services to ensure legal compliance and alignment with company outsourcing policies.
- Respond to employment-related inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex issues to senior HR staff as needed.
- Perform other HR duties and support tasks as assigned by supervisors or management.
Requirements:
- Diploma / Degree in any discipline with minimum 2 years related working experience.
- MUST be able to speak fluent in English and Mandarin, with strong speaking and writing skills in both language

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
