About the Roles

Join as an Assistant Logistics Supervisor based in Joo Koon, supporting warehouse and delivery operations in a permanent position. This role offers a structured 5.5-day work schedule (Mon–Fri, 7:30 AM–4:30 PM; Sat, 7:30 AM–11:30 AM) with a competitive package comprising basic salary, mobile allowance, attendance incentive, and bonus.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Follow operational instructions and manage customer orders accurately.
• Support the loading and unloading of drums weighing up to 18kg.
• Coordinate delivery arrangements with suppliers and transportation teams.
• Monitor stock levels and oversee daily warehouse activities.
• Supervise warehouse staff to ensure smooth operations.
• Verify order details and delivery accuracy before completion.
• Maintain proper inventory records and uphold safety standards.
• Perform routine warehouse inspections to ensure a safe working environment.
• Assist with night shift duties from the 16th to month-end.
• Carry out additional tasks assigned by the supervisor.

What We’re Looking For

• Candidates with logistics or warehouse experience are preferred.
• Able to adapt to flexible working hours and support night shift requirements.
• Possess strong organizational, communication, and safety skills.
• Demonstrate the ability to work well in a team and independently when required.
