Responsibilities:

• Assist in preparing and cooking menu items under the supervision of senior chefs.
• Ensure food preparation meets quality and hygiene standards.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen.
• Assist in stock rotation and proper storage of ingredients.
• Follow instructions from Cafe Manager, Head Chef and Sous Chef in daily operations.
• Support the team during service to ensure efficiency.

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of kitchen operations and cooking techniques.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the culinary field.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required.
