About the Role

We’re looking for a Merchandiser who’s passionate about products, obsessed with numbers, and thrives in a fast-paced retail environment. You’ll work hand-in-hand with the Retail Operations, Buying, and Planning teams to make sure the right products hit the floor, promotions land on time, and every markdown counts.

What You’ll Do

• Drive sales and sell-through by planning smart promotions and markdowns.
• Analyze daily and weekly trading performance to spot trends and take action fast.
• Partner with Retail Operations to ensure stores have the right product mix and stock levels.
• Work with Planning and Buying teams to support seasonal launches and campaigns.
• Monitor competitors’ pricing and promotions to stay ahead of the game.
• Track key KPIs – sales, margin, and stock – and report actionable insights to management.

What You Bring

• 2–4 years’ experience in retail merchandising, or planning, preferably in sports or fashion.
• Strong with numbers, Excel, and retail systems – you love finding patterns in data.
• Proactive, commercial-minded, and hands-on with execution.
• Great team player who can work independently when needed.
• Energetic, resilient, and passionate about retail.
