Job Responsibilities:

• Handle official website and marketplaces on day-to-day activities including marketing campaign, activities, sales performance, contents management, promotions, SEO, SEM, SMM and etc to achieve sales target.
• Handle social media and response to customers’ enquiries.
• Familiar with content copy writing & design software an added advantages.
• Ability to plan & execute promotions.

Job Requirements:

• Possess at least Diploma / Degree in Commerce, Sales, Marketing or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in Sales / E-Commerce background.
• Knowledge in SEO, PPC, SEM, Social Media and Google Analytics.
• Experience in customer service management, customer retail management and e-commerce account management.
• Experience in B2C ecommerce business will be an added advantage.
• Experience in graphic design will be added advantage.
• Good interpersonal skills, sales management and business oriented.
