Job Responsibilities
- Lead NPI projects from prototype build to mass production.
- Set up and improve manufacturing processes.
- Study process parameters and find the best settings.
- Check and reduce process risks and technical issues.
- Test and qualify new materials.
- Troubleshoot problems and perform root cause analysis.
- Plan and support prototype/sample builds.
- Improve yield, quality, reliability, and productivity.
- Prepare technical reports and presentations.
- Work closely with R&D, Quality, Equipment, and Production teams.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Science, or related field.
- Experience in semiconductor assembly / process engineering / NPI.
- Must have hands-on experience in: Die Attach / Die Bonding / Wire Bonding / Wafer Dicing / Backgrind / Backgrind exposure
- Experience with process development and optimization.
- Good troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills.
- Able to manage NPI projects and timelines.
- Able to work independently and with cross-functional teams.
- Good communication and technical reporting skills.
- Proactive and willing to take ownership of projects.
Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM11,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
