Responsibilities
Job Responsibilities
Perform accurate and timely data entry and update Goods Received Records (GRN) in Excel and the Company’s internal systems.
Input and maintain production records accurately in the Company system.
Follow up with sub-contractors and supplier regarding delivery schedules, order status, and related matters.
Ensure all data and records are accurate, consistent, complete, and properly maintained in the Company’s systems.
Manage and organize both physical and digital filing systems, ensuring documents are properly filed and easily retrievable when required.
Perform general administrative duties, including documentation, data processing, filing, and other office support tasks.
Assist management and relevant departments with ad-hoc administrative duties and assignments as required.
Liaise with internal departments, suppliers, ad sub-contractors to ensure smooth and timely flow of information and documentation.
Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and within the required timeframe.
Perform any other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.
Requirements
Singapore Citizen Only
Minimum1-2 years of experience in data entry, administration, or related role preferred.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Good organization and time-management skills.
Able to maintain proper records and handle confidential documents responsibly.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Responsible, organized, detailed-oriented, and willing to learn.
Able to handle multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment.
Candidate with experience in manufacturing, production, logistics, or inventory-related administration will have an added advantage.
Able to commence work within short notice will be an advantage.
5-daywork week
We provide precision engineering mechanical solutions for Semicon Industrial, Medical Industrial, Automation spare parts and myriads of associated enhancements in the general manufacturing process.
