Working hour

• Mondays to Thursdays: 8:30am to 6:00pm
• Fridays: 9.00am to 6.00pm

Key Roles

• Handle phone calls, record phone logs, take messages

• Manage counter duties and attend to students, parents, walk-in visitors

• Perform admin work (photocopying, filing, data entry)

• Respond to enquiries and provide general information

• Attend to goods delivery and assist with office admin

• Care for unwell students with basic assistance

• Conduct daily wipe-down of front counter

• Support school staff, events, and activities

• Attend to late-coming/early-leaving students

• Handle lost and found items and mails

• Maintain cleanliness of Reception and Sick Bay

• Manage stock of spare uniforms

• Any other duties assigned

Qualifications

• Minimum GCE "N" Level

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Good customer service skills

• Proficient in MS Office

• Basic first aid knowledge
