Qualgro Partners Hiring! Full Time Operations Manager in - Ricebowl

Qualgro is a Singapore-based Venture Capital firm, established since 2015, investing at Series A & B, in Data & Software, across Southeast Asia.

Qualgro is looking for a Manager of Operations to help us grow our company. The Manager of Operations will report to the leadership team to ensure we provide world-class investment services to our investors, and effectively monitor our portfolio companies. The Manager of Operations will be responsible for all operational aspects of the funds, including finance, investor reporting, compliance and aspects of portfolio management, and the continuous improvement of our Operations quality.

Role and Responsibilities include:

• Finance &Tax – accounting, finance, reporting, tax, audit, … functions of the funds and of the management company
• Compliance & Legal & Company Secretarial – compliance activities regarding various regulatory bodies (e.g. MAS, IRAS, ACRA, CIMA)
• Investor Reporting – activities related to Qualgro investor reporting/relations
• Support on portfolio management & investment-related activities – e.g. monitoring: performance, financials of portfolio companies, preparation of fund economics and returns analysis, operations aspects related to investments
• Administrative activities – other office-related activities

Candidate Profile

• Ideally, more than 6 years of experience in accounting, finance, compliance within a fund management company (MAS licensed company)
• More than 2 years of Managerial experience
• Strong accounting and finance skills, and ability to navigate the regulatory frameworks
• Passionate about creating, improving, monitoring and implementing operational solutions
• Strong communicating skills, both internally and externally
• Ownership mentality and the ability to proactively take initiative, responsibility and risk. An entrepreneur and leader mindset with high ambition for high-quality achievements
• Professional and personal maturity with unquestionable integrity.
