Responsibilities:

• Maintain clean and ready-to-use bar glassware, equipment, and utensils according to SOP.
• Prepare beverages, ingredients, and garnishes following standard recipes and SOPs.
• Monitor par stock, storage conditions, shelf life, and expiry dates of bar inventory.
• Ensure accurate and timely inventory ordering and stock replenishment.
• Provide friendly customer service and recommend suitable drinks based on customer preferences.
• Prepare customer orders accurately and efficiently according to standard recipes.
• Work closely with the Bar Captain, Barback, and Service Team to ensure smooth bar operations.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM/SMK; Diploma in Hospitality or related field is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of experience as a Bartender or 3–4 years as a Barback.
• Soft Skills: Communication, Teamwork, Adaptability, Attention to Detail, Service Mindset.
• Technical Skills: Beverage & Mixology Knowledge, Bar Operations, Inventory Management, Equipment Handling, Hygiene & Sanitation.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
