YOUR ROLE (What You Will Do):

Be the sales expert to introduce, promote, and explain our premium skincare & beauty products to customers

Promote and sell our state of the art treatment packages to new and existing clients

Provide personalized product recommendations based on skin type and customer concerns

Drive brand exposure through excellent customer service, demonstrations, and product knowledge

Perform high quality product demonstrations and facials to showcase and sell the company's merchandise and treatment packages

Build strong customer loyalty through follow-ups and relationship management

Lead by example by guiding other sales staff and maintaining high hygienic outlet standards

Stay updated on beauty trends, product ingredients, and skincare routines

Maintain a clean and organized shop/kiosk at all times

WHAT WE NEED (Your Sales Superpowers):

Excellent communication, persuasion & customer service skills

Knowledge of skincare, beauty routines & product benefits

Confident, well-groomed, energetic & customer focused

Able to lead, inspire, and support other

Able to work in a team environment

Willing and able to follow rules and regulations as set forth by the company

Passionate about skincare & cosmetics and keeping up with industry trends

The more you sales the more you get, it based on daily sales commission percentage.

Being willing to commit to retails hours, not being late and able to work full shift

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM5,327.50 per month
