Job Responsibilities:

(1) Content & Editorial

Develop content that strengthens the firm's brand and showcases its people, expertise and culture.

• Develop and publish content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Xiao Hong Shu, the corporate website and other communication platforms.
• Write copy for social media, websites, corporate publications, employer branding initiatives and marketing materials.
• Capture and produce photography, videography and multimedia content for events, interviews and corporate activities.
• Collaborate with designers and stakeholders to create engaging visual and written content.
• Maintain content calendars and ensure the timely delivery of content across relevant platforms.

(2) Brand & Corporate Communications

Support branding and communication initiatives that strengthen the firm's identity and maintain a consistent brand experience.

• Develop brochures, corporate profiles, proposals, presentations, publications and other communication materials.
• Contribute to branding, employer branding and corporate communication initiatives across the firm.
• Prepare executive presentation materials, leadership profiles, speeches and other communication materials where required.
• Ensure all communication materials align with the firm's brand guidelines and visual identity.
• Conduct research on market trends, industry developments and communication opportunities to support communication planning.

(3) Events & Stakeholder Engagement

Support communication initiatives that enhance engagement with clients, future talent, employees and business partners.

• Assist in the planning and delivery of seminars, conferences, networking events, recruitment activities, corporate functions and other assigned initiatives.
• Prepare event communication materials, including invitations, presentation decks, event branding assets and post-event content.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, speakers, vendors and external partners to support successful event delivery.
• Capture event photography, videography and digital content to extend engagement across communication platforms.

(4) Digital Platforms & Marketing Operations

Maintain digital platforms and operational processes that support the effective delivery of Marketing & Communications initiatives.

• Update and maintain website content, ensuring information remains accurate, relevant and aligned with brand standards.
• Support basic SEO, website optimisation and the management of digital assets and content libraries.
• Provide operational support for Marketing & Communications projects, including vendor coordination and other responsibilities as assigned

Job Requirement:

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Public Relations, Journalism, Media Studies or a related discipline.
• Fresh graduates with strong potential are encouraged to apply. Candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience are also welcome.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital content creation.
• Good photography, videography skills.
• Experience with Canva, WordPress and video editing software.
