• Lead and manage the Quality Assurance team to ensure product quality and compliance with company standards
• Develop, implement and maintain quality management systems and procedures
• Monitor quality performance and drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Investigate quality issues, conduct Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA)
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 requirements and support internal/external audits
• Work closely with Production and other departments to resolve quality-related issues
• Prepare and monitor quality reports, KPIs and improvement activities

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
