EMS Group Hiring! Full Time BIM Modeler in - Ricebowl

We’re looking for a detail-oriented BIM Modeler to support the development and coordination of digital building models. You’ll work closely with architects, engineers, and project teams to produce accurate models and drawings throughout the project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain BIM models using Autodesk Revit.

• Prepare coordinated drawings, layouts, schedules, and construction documentation.

• Support clash detection and resolve coordination issues with project teams.

• Update models to reflect design changes, site requirements, and project specifications.

• Follow project BIM standards, naming conventions, and quality control procedures.

• Participate in coordination meetings and support timely project deliverables.

Requirements:

• Diploma or degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.

• Hands-on experience in BIM modeling for architectural, structural, or MEP projects.

• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and familiarity with AutoCAD.

• Experience with Navisworks and Autodesk Construction Cloud is an advantage.

• Ability to interpret technical drawings and construction details.

• Strong attention to detail, communication skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
