About This Role:

This role focuses on driving Mutu Case's paid media performance and turning data into actionable growth. You will work closely with the Brand Director and creative team to plan, execute, and optimise campaigns across TikTok, Meta, and Google. You will own the performance numbers from ad spend to ROAS and ensure every ringgit spent is working hard.

We are looking for someone who lives in the data. The right candidate is analytical, commercially minded, and obsessed with results. You should be proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently while keeping the bigger picture in mind.

This role is ideal for someone who wants to own performance marketing for a growing brand and isn't afraid to get their hands dirty.

In this role, your responsibilities are:

• Campaign Execution: Plan, execute, and manage paid media campaigns across TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads. Own the full campaign lifecycle from setup to optimisation.
• Performance Analysis & Reporting: Track and analyse campaign performance daily. Generate regular reports with actionable insights for the Brand Director and Creative Director to inform content and creative decisions.
• Budget Management: Manage ad spend across platforms. Ensure budgets are allocated effectively and ROI is maximised.
• Optimisation & Testing: Run A/B tests on creatives, audiences, and placements. Continuously improve campaign performance based on data.
• Creative Briefing: Translate performance data into clear, actionable briefs for the creative team. Ensure ad creatives are optimised for each platform.
• Competitor Monitoring: Keep an eye on competitor ad activity, pricing, and promotional strategies to identify opportunities and threats.

This position requires:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in performance marketing, paid media, or digital advertising.
• Hands-on experience managing TikTok Ads, Meta Ads, and Google Ads.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed recommendations.
• Experience with Google Analytics and platform dashboards.
• Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• A proactive mindset working as an individual contributor who can think independently, take ownership, and drive results.
• Strong written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Curiosity about consumer brands, e-commerce trends, and digital marketing best practices.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
