JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee the overall business operations and performance
• Develop and execute business strategies to achieve company goals
• Lead, manage and develop the management team
• Set business targets, KPIs and performance standards
• Monitor revenue, costs, profitability and overall business performance
• Ensure operational efficiency and compliance with company SOPs
• Identify new business opportunities and areas for growth
• Analyse market trends and develop appropriate business strategies
• Work closely with HR, Operations, Marketing and Finance teams
• Manage manpower planning and organisational development
• Build a strong company culture and high-performing team
• Report business performance and strategic recommendations to top management
• Lead business improvement and expansion projects

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Diploma / Degree in Business Management, Management, Hospitality, F&B or related field
• Minimum 5 years of management experience
• Proven experience in overall business / operations management
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Strong business acumen with good understanding of P&L, budgeting and cost control
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
• Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset
• Able to manage multiple departments and priorities
• Willing to travel when required
