Sales & Admin Executive

Responsible for supporting daily sales and administrative operations to ensure smooth business activities. The role involves handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations and sales documents, processing orders, maintaining customer records, and coordinating with internal departments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer enquiries through phone, email, and other communication channels.
• Prepare quotations, invoices, purchase orders, and other sales-related documents.
• Follow up with customers regarding quotations, orders, payments, and deliveries.
• Process sales orders and maintain accurate customer and sales records.
• Assist the sales team with administrative and coordination tasks.
• Coordinate with suppliers, customers, warehouse, and delivery teams when required.
• Manage filing, data entry, documentation, and general office administration.
• Prepare sales reports and update records using Microsoft Office or relevant systems.
• Monitor order status and assist in resolving customer issues.
• Perform other administrative and sales support duties as assigned.

Key Skills:

• Good communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
• Able to multitask and work independently.
• Good teamwork and problem-solving skills.
• Experience in sales administration or customer service is an advantage.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
