Job description

• Support Accounting operations in accounts payable, accounts receivable and general accounting
• Maintain, prepare & monitor aging receivable & payable reports as well as follow-up for payment.
• Assist in financial data entry and general bookkeeping, for instance, issue payment and sales invoices, update the schedule/ records.
• Follow up and monitor outstanding payments tightly, action needs to be taken when necessary.
• Ensure timely progress billings, collections, reports and documentation.
• Ensure undertaking with company SOP and accounting policies and procedures.
• Resolve any different finds in records, statements, or documented transactions.
• Maintain proper record accounting policies and financial statement control.
• Any ad hoc tasks assigned by the superior.

Requirement

• At least 1 to 3 years of working experience in a related field is required.
• Organized, efficient, able to work independently, and meticulous about details.
• Has good writing (procedures and reports) and verbal communication skills.
• Has critical thinking skills, is responsible and a team player.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, Saturday (Alternative)
