This is a full-time on-site role for a Product Specialist, based in Petaling Jaya. The Product Specialist will be responsible for providing product expertise, engaging with customers, and supporting sales initiatives. Key day-to-day tasks include presenting product features and benefits, delivering customer service, conducting market analysis, and providing on-site demonstrations and training. Collaboration with sales and technical teams is also an integral part of the role.

• Proficiency as a Product Specialist with experience in product demonstrations and training
• Strong Analytical Skills for market analysis and decision-making
• Effective Communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent Customer Service and ability to build strong client relationships
• Proven Sales experience, with the ability to meet targets
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting and with cross-functional departments
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• Experience in the medical device or healthcare sector is highly advantageous
• Willingness to travel locally as required
