Responsibilities
Responsibilities: -
Manage end-to-end HR operations and administration for a workforce of fewer than 50 employees.
Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, candidate screening, interview coordination, offer preparation and pre-employment documentation.
Coordinate employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring timely completion of documentation, system access, orientation, exit interviews and clearance procedures.
Administer monthly payroll, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date personnel records and HR databases
Coordinate Learning & Development activities.
Support employee engagement and staff welfare initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, statistics and statutory submissions for management and relevant authorities e.g. MOM, AIC.
Requirements: -
Minimum Diploma in Human Resource Management, or a related discipline.
At least 2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably with hands-on experience in HR operations and administration.
Good communication, interpersonal and organisational skills.
Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and HR-related systems or software.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Part-time employment option is available for candidates with relevant and substantial HR experience.

Loving Heart Multi-Service Centre (LHMSC) is a Social Service Agency (SSA) that provides services to families, elderly residents, and needy people living in the South West District of Singapore, with particular focus on the Yuhua and Jurong East communities.
What differentiates us from other SSAs is our anthropological approach towards social issues and working with the local community to address service gaps through design thinking and other structured methodologies.
Besides being an SSA, LHMSC is also the first volunteer centre in Singapore appointed to coordinate volunteerism within Jurong East Town.
