JobResponsibilities

• Responsible for general office administrative duties and support on invoicing, delivery orders, inventory related duties.
• Maintain and upkeep of filing system for documents.
• Assist in warehouse operations including shipments,receiving and ensuring proper documentations.
• Processing and organise incoming shipments ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Assist in inventory management, stock take and logistic support.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

JobRequirements

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of related experience.
• Team player and able to multitask in a fast paced environment.
• Meticulous – has an eye for details.
• Pleasant personality with good interpersonal skills.
• Able to work independently and responsible
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
