Job Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain in-house platforms, infrastructure, integrations, APIs, Lambda functions, and both backend and frontend applications.
• Translate architectural concepts and business requirements into scalable and production-ready software solutions.
• Design and implement system integrations, RESTful APIs, and microservices.
• Develop and maintain cloud-based solutions using AWS, including EC2, RDS, and serverless services.
• Implement and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform or similar tools.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
• Implement appropriate security controls and compliance requirements across production systems.
• Ensure applications follow best practices for authentication, authorisation, encryption, and audit logging.
• Troubleshoot and resolve software and system issues to ensure reliability and performance.
• Work closely with the engineering team to improve development practices and technical solutions.

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of full-stack software engineering experience.
• Strong proficiency in backend technologies such as C#, Java, Node.js, or similar.
• Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as React, Vue, jQuery, CSS, or similar.
• Strong experience with AWS and Infrastructure as Code (IaC), preferably Terraform.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitLab.
• Experience with AWS EC2, RDS, and serverless workloads.
• Experience with IIS, Apache Server, or similar web server technologies.
• Experience working with SQL databases.
• Good understanding of RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
• Experience with system integration and event-driven architectures.
• Understanding of authentication, authorisation, encryption, and audit logging.
• Experience implementing security controls and compliance requirements in production environments.
