We’re Hiring: AI Systems Researcher/Engineer

Location: Singapore

InnoBridge is looking for a strong AI systems researcher/engineer who can independently lead R&D projects in Agentic AI, LLM systems, and next-generation computing infrastructure.

You will work on:

• Characterizing Agentic AI / LLM workloads and execution pipelines
• Profiling and identifying bottlenecks across CPU, GPU/NPU, memory, interconnect, and runtime
• Analyzing computation, memory access, scheduling, data movement, and system-level performance
• Exploring CPU–GPU/NPU collaboration, heterogeneous computing, and architecture/runtime optimizations
• Designing experiments, evaluating system trade-offs, and translating findings into technical recommendations and architecture insights
• Independently driving projects from problem definition and methodology to final technical delivery

Requirements

• Master’s degree or above in Computer Science or a closely related field
• Strong background in computer systems, AI infrastructure, HPC, distributed systems, computer architecture, or LLM systems
• Hands-on experience with performance profiling, system optimization, or GPU/accelerator computing
• Strong programming skills in Python and C/C++
• Ability to independently conduct research, experiments, analysis, and technical communication

Preferred

• Publications in strong systems, architecture, AI, or LLM venues
• Experience with GPU programming, LLM inference systems, or frameworks such as PyTorch, vLLM, SGLang, CUDA, Triton, or similar
