With a team of dedicated chefs and a friendly front-of-house crew, Oak & Ember takes pride in crafting exceptional smoked meat dishes that leave a lasting impression.

The Role:
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dependable professional to manage our beverage operations. You will ensure smooth daily bar functions while delivering attentive, top-tier service to our guests.

Core Responsibilities:

• Craft and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer according to established recipes.
• Maintain strict standards for drink consistency, visual presentation, and quality control.
• Engage warmly with guests, providing a welcoming and personalized dining experience.
• Upkeep strict bar hygiene, organization, and sanitation standards at all times.
• Manage opening and closing procedures, including stock replenishment and mise en place.
• Monitor beverage inventory efficiently to minimize operational wastage.
• Partner seamlessly with the kitchen and floor staff to ensure seamless service flow.
• Assist with basic equipment maintenance and correct storage of all bar inventory.

What We Are Looking For:

• Prior experience in bartending, mixology, or a fast-paced F&B environment is highly valued.
• Solid baseline knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and standard beverage service.
• A proactive, positive mindset with an eagerness to adapt and learn.
• Capability to operate efficiently both independently and within a collaborative team.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to great customer service.
