Ives Fable is an Experiential Events House creating thoughtfully curated celebrations, brand experiences and events through design, hospitality and memorable guest experiences.

From intimate celebrations and weddings to corporate events and large-scale experiential setups, we bring together creative direction, styling, production, F&B and event execution under one roof.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for an Events Coordinator to join our team and help bring each Fable to life.

As our Events Coordinator, you'll be involved in the entire journey of an event — from the initial client conversation and planning stages through to coordination, setup and execution on event day.

This is a hands-on role suited for someone who is organized, resourceful, personable and comfortable working in a fast-paced events environment.

Client & Event Coordination

• Manage client enquiries and ongoing event communications
• Understand event requirements, themes, budgets and expectations
• Coordinate event timelines, schedules and deliverables
• Conduct venue walkthroughs and client meetings where required
• Follow up on event details and ensure information is properly documented

Planning & Production

• Work closely with our creative, operations and styling teams to translate concepts into executable event plans
• Prepare event checklists, run sheets, floor plans and production requirements
• Coordinate vendors, suppliers, rentals and external partners
• Track event requirements, procurement and production deadlines
• Ensure all event elements are ready ahead of setup

Event-Day Execution

• Coordinate onsite setup and event preparation
• Liaise with clients, vendors and crew during events
• Ensure styling, furniture, F&B stations and other event elements are correctly executed
• Troubleshoot last-minute changes and operational issues
• Support teardown and post-event handover where required

Operations

• Maintain organized event records, schedules and project trackers
• Coordinate manpower and logistics requirements with the operations team
• Assist with quotations, proposals and other event-related administrative work
• Support the team in improving event workflows and guest experiences
  

You might be a great fit if you:

• Have experience in events, hospitality, weddings, F&B, production or a related industry
• Are highly organized and naturally good at keeping track of details
• Communicate confidently and professionally with clients
• Can manage multiple events and deadlines simultaneously
• Are resourceful and able to solve problems quickly
• Have a strong sense of ownership and follow-through
• Enjoy both planning behind the scenes and being on the ground during events
• Have an eye for aesthetics and appreciate thoughtful event design
• Are comfortable with a role that isn't strictly desk-based

Experience in events is preferred, but we're also open to candidates from hospitality or related backgrounds who demonstrate strong coordination skills and the right attitude.

Events don't always happen Monday to Friday, 9 to 5.

This role will require flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, early setups and evening events depending on the event schedule. Working schedules and days off will be planned around operational requirements.

S$3,000 – S$3,500 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
