Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and collaborative HR Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team in Singapore. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to business leaders and management teams, translating business priorities into impactful HR strategies and workforce plans. You will bridge the gap between business operations and our People Centre of Excellence (COE) teams to drive organizational effectiveness, talent development, and employee lifecycle management.
Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Partnering: Collaborate with department heads to understand team structures, business priorities, and performance gaps.
• Workforce Planning: Drive human resource planning, talent review processes, and headcount management aligned with organizational growth goals.
• Employee Relations: Provide practical HR support, guidance, and assessments regarding local employee relations issues and policy interpretations.
• Annual HR Cycle: Execute core talent processes, including annual performance calibration, salary reviews, and total rewards programs.
• Organizational Development: Partner with leadership on change management, organizational design, and initiatives supporting workplace culture.
• Compliance & Policy: Ensure all HR practices remain aligned with internal organizational guidelines and Singapore's Employment Act regulations.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5–7 years of progressive, full-spectrum HR experience, with at least 3 years explicitly operating as an HR Business Partner.
• Stakeholder Management: Excellent communication skills with a proven tracking record of influencing and collaborating with senior management.
• Regulatory Knowledge: Deep understanding of Singapore Employment Law and local human resource practices.
• Problem Solving: Strong analytical abilities with a focus on assessing organizational risks and deploying scalable solutions.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $7,500.00 per month
