Responsibilities

• Prepare and process Sales Orders (SO), Delivery Orders (DO), invoices, and other related documents.
• Check documents and data for accuracy and completeness.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Service, and Delivery teams to ensure orders are processed smoothly.
• Follow up on order status, delivery arrangements, service requests, and pending documents.
• Assist with after-sales service documentation, including repair, exchange, collection, and return requests.
• Update and maintain records of orders, deliveries, invoices, and service transactions.
• Assist with stock and inventory-related documentation.
• Prepare basic reports and perform general administrative duties.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation.
• Perform other administrative and operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and other office applications.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to handle documents and data accurately.
• Responsible, organised, and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in administration, customer service, inventory, or operations is an advantage.
• Willing to work 5.5 days per week.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
