Responsibilities
Job Scope & Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end Customer Order fulfilment by liaising with the Singapore office, factories, forwarders and customers to ensure timely deliveries.
• Attend to customer inquiries and requests.
• Prepare invoices and shipping documents accurately.
• Coordinate shipments with logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
• Support inventory and stock management activities.
• Serve as point of contact for shipping and invoicing matters.
• Address and escalate any issues related to sales or customer logistics operations.
• Support local logistics concerning product claims.
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Job Requirement
• Minimum diploma in any discipline.
• 2 to 3 years ofrelevant work experience in trading and familiarity with incoterms.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and experience in inventory/stock management will be an advantage.
• Fluent written and verbal communication skills in English language.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
