Responsibilities:

· Prepare and submit customer invoices.

· Supports accounting operations by filing documents, reconciling statements, and running software programs.

· Maintains accounting records by making copies and filing documents.

· Receiving and recording vouchers, cash and checks

· Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer and processing backups.

· Verifies financial reports by running performance analysis software program.

· Determines value of depreciable assets by running depreciation software program.

· Protects organization’s value by keeping information confidential.

· Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Requirements

· Certificate/ Diploma/Degree in Accountancy/Business studies or equivalent.

· Minimum 2 years of accounts receivable and general accounting experience.

· PC literate and proficient in accounting software e.g. UBS or AutoCount.

· Proficient in spoken & written English and Bahasa Malaysia.

· Posses positive attitude, analytical skills and hardworking.

· Good initiative and able to work under pressure to achieve targets and deadlines.

· Account Assistant with experience are encouraged to apply.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
