HUAT KOPITIAM is a brand-new kopitiam opening in USJ 17, Subang Jaya, and we are looking for enthusiastic, hardworking and responsible Commis / Kitchen Crew members to join our opening team.

Whether you have kitchen experience or are looking to start your career in the F&B industry, we welcome individuals who are eager to learn and grow with us.

Job Responsibilities

• Assist with daily food preparation and mise en place.
• Assist the chefs with cooking and food preparation.
• Prepare ingredients such as vegetables, meat and other food items according to instructions.
• Follow recipes, portion sizes and kitchen procedures.
• Ensure food is prepared and served according to quality standards.
• Keep the kitchen, equipment and workstations clean and organised.
• Properly store and handle food and ingredients.
• Assist with washing, cleaning and general kitchen duties.
• Help maintain food hygiene and safety standards.
• Support the kitchen team during busy service periods.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Chef or Supervisor.

Requirements

• Previous kitchen or F&B experience is an advantage but not required.
• Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior kitchen experience are welcome to apply.
• Willing to learn and follow instructions.
• Hardworking, responsible and punctual.
• Able to work well as part of a team.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Good personal hygiene and a positive attitude.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays when required.
