Responsibilities
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and client-focused Relationship Manager to primarily support both roadshow events and branch-based services. This role is crucial in delivering outstanding customer service and deepening client engagement through face-to-face interactions.
This role involves shift work, including weekends and public holidays, to meet client needs and optimize our event and branch schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients during roadshows and at the branch, providing professional, tailored financial advice and support.
Conduct client consultations to understand their financial goals and recommend appropriate products or services.
Support branch activities including client onboarding, product inquiries, and service requests.
Coordinate logistics and client engagement during weekend and public holiday roadshows.
Maintain accurate client records and ensure all regulatory requirements are met.
Actively contribute to team targets and business development efforts.
Assist in internal handovers, especially during shifts, to ensure continuity of service.
Requirements:
Prior experience in a client-facing financial services or banking role.
Eligibility or interest in obtaining relevant regulatory licenses (e.g., for selling investment or insurance products).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Flexibility to work on a shift basis, including weekends and public holidays.
