What You'll Do

• Advise landlords and tenants on office leasing solutions.
• Source and match clients with suitable office spaces.
• Conduct market research and prepare leasing proposals.
• Arrange property viewings and negotiate lease terms.
• Coordinate the leasing process from enquiry to tenancy documentation.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with corporate clients and property owners.

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's Degree in Real Estate, Property Management, Business, Marketing or related disciplines.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
