Job Responsibilities:

Responsibilities :

• Strategic & Budget Leadership :

Work closely with stake holder to establish sales and supplier strategy to deliver sales target.

• Order & Pipeline Management :

Oversee quote pipelines, order tracking, seasonal production schedules, and factory capacity alignment to ensure smooth delivery for major accounts alongside overseas teams.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to oversee timelines and ensure new items progress smoothly from development through sample approval to final shipment.

• Team Supervision :

Lead and mentor the teams to ensure high-quality account management and on-time delivery across overseas markets.

• Factory Operations & Quality Control:

Oversee factory relationships, production schedules, and safety compliance testing.

• Process Conformance:

Drive workflow optimizations, resolve production issues, and ensure team activities meet established company goals and technical policies.

Requirements :

• Education : Diploma or Degree holder
• Experience : Minimum 8 years of solid merchandising or project management experience, specialzed in pets, toys or clothing, with at least 5 years in a managerial position
• Compliance: Strong understanding of US and European safety and compliance testing standards
• Languages: Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin
• Mobility : Willingness to travel occasionally to PRC and Asia factories as needed
• Ownership & Drive: Self-motivated, comfortable working under tight timeline, and possesses a hands-on, can-do attitude
• Analytical Execution : Efficient, highly organized, and skilled at tackling complex manufacturing challenges with structured problem-solving
