We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion CX Architect to lead the design and implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Service solutions. This role will also serve as the Service workstream lead, providing day-to-day leadership and reports to the CX workstream project manager.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee Oracle Fusion Cloud Service solutions supporting end-to-end service processes across the CX, SCM, and ERP pillars.
• Design Oracle solutions covering B2B Service, Service Logistics, Subscription Management, and Field Service capabilities.
• Lead discovery workshops, fit-gap assessments, solution reviews, and implementation governance.
• Design integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud applications, Oracle Field Service, and third-party systems.
• Define data migration, reporting, extensibility, and security strategies for service processes within Oracle Fusion Cloud Service.
• Lead the Service workstream by planning activities, assigning responsibilities, monitoring progress, and ensuring that deliverables meet agreed timelines and quality standards.
• Manage workstream risks, issues, dependencies, decisions, and escalations while coordinating closely with project management and other functional and technical leads.
• Oversee testing, deployment, transition to production, and post-implementation support.
• Provide functional leadership and guidance to business stakeholders, consultants, developers, and implementation partners on Oracle Fusion Cloud Service solutions.

Requirements:

• At least 15 years of experience implementing Oracle enterprise applications, including substantial experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Service.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end service processes, including service requests, installed-base assets, warranties, entitlements, subscriptions, work orders, field activities, depot repair, parts logistics, technician debriefing, service charges, and billing, and their dependencies across the Oracle CX, SCM, and ERP pillars.
• Experience integrating service processes with Oracle Inventory Management, Maintenance, Order Management, Pricing, and Accounts Receivable.
• Experience delivering multiple full implementation lifecycles, from discovery and solution design through testing, deployment, and production support.
• Proven experience planning and leading functional design workshops directly with business users and business process owners, and translating their requirements into Oracle functional designs, configurations, process flows, integrations, extensions, and reporting requirements.
• Experience leading a team, including planning and assigning activities, tracking milestones and deliverables, monitoring quality, coordinating cross-functional dependencies, and reporting progress to the PMO.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Experience in the high-technology manufacturing industry is highly desirable.
• Relevant Oracle Fusion Cloud Service certifications are highly desirable.
