Responsibilities
Sales
Actively source and develop new business opportunities to grow sales.
Identify and approach potential customers, clients and business partners.
Follow up on sales leads, enquiries and opportunities to convert them into sales.
Build and maintain good relationships with existing and potential customers.
Prepare quotations and proposals, negotiate with customers and follow up on sales opportunities.
Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets set by the Department & Company.
Monitor sales performance and provide regular sales updates and reports.
Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline to support continuous business growth.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of confirmed sales.
Administration
Handle sales-related documentation, quotations, orders, invoices and records.
Maintain proper customer and sales records.
Assist with general administrative and coordination duties for the MOFEX department.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or management.
Requirements:
Minimum GCE N/O Level, Diploma or equivalent qualification.
Sales experience with a proven track record in achieving sales targets will be an advantage.
Strong sales, negotiation and customer relationship skills.
Proactive, self-motivated and target-oriented.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to identify new business opportunities and work independently.
Good organisational and time-management skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word.
Able to handle sales activities together with administrative duties.
Candidates with relevant experience in the moving, relocation, logistics or related industry will have an added advantage.
