Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and committed individual to join our team as a Engagement Executive. This role is responsible for facilitating applications from corporate clients and service providers—including insurance companies, managed care organizations, and third-party administrators, both local and international—for corporate and credit facilities in accordance with the Hospital’s policies. Additionally, the role involves managing corporate complaints, coordinating resolutions with internal departments and consultants, and ensuring stakeholders are kept informed, including the Operations Manager.

Academic Qualifications:

• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, or a related field.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively in a third language is an added advantage (e.g., Mandarin, Tamil, Arabic, etc.)
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with individuals at all organizational levels.
• Willingness and ability to travel as required.
• Customer-oriented with a pleasant and mature personality.
• Team player with strong collaboration capabilities.
• Analytical thinker with a creative and innovative approach.
• Proficient in computer usage (Microsoft Office Suite and other business tools).

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
