Personal Driver
to join our team, providing reliable and professional transportation services to our leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
Executive Transport:
Provide safe, reliable, and professional chauffeur services to the Chairman, Director, and distinguished guests, including transportation between home, office, meetings, and other appointments. Family transportation when required.
Logistics & Errands:
Handle the secure collection and delivery of documents, parcels, and basic administrative errands as assigned.
Route Planning:
Plan efficient routes and actively monitor traffic conditions to ensure punctual arrival at all destinations.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Keep the vehicle in a clean, presentable, and well-kept condition at all times. Conduct basic vehicle checks, routine maintenance, and minor repairs when necessary.
Flexibility & Responsiveness:
Accommodate schedule changes and respond promptly to urgent or ad-hoc transportation requests.
Discretion & Confidentiality:
Maintain a high level of privacy, discretion, and trustworthiness when handling personal and work-related matters.
Management Support:
Report directly to management and assist with occasional administrative or driving-related duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum of 2 to 5 years (or relevant corporate experience) of professional driving or executive chauffeuring experience within Singapore.
Licensing:
Possess a valid Class 3 driving license with a clean driving record free of major traffic violations.
Technical Knowledge:
Strong knowledge of local roads, traffic laws, navigation tools, and traffic apps, prioritizing safety, comfort, and safe driving practices.
Soft Skills:
Professional demeanor, strong verbal skills, and a high degree of reliability and punctuality.
