We are seeking a highly skilled Component-Level Test and Debug Engineers to join our engineering team in a fast-paced EMS environment. This role involves performing detailed circuit-level troubleshooting and root cause analysis on failed PCBA units from production, focusing on restoring functionality and providing feedback for continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Test Engineers: - 3 Vacancies

• Perform hands-on testing, validation, and troubleshooting of electronic or mechanical products.
• Analyze test results, document findings, and generate test reports.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (production, quality) to resolve product issues.
• Support root cause analysis for test failures and implement corrective actions.
• Continuously improve testing processes to enhance efficiency and coverage.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality systems.

Qualification and Experience.

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or EMS environment.
• Strong understanding of analog, digital, and mixed-signal circuits.
• Hands-on experience with electronic measurement and test equipment.
• Proficient in reading schematics, layout files, and BOMs.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
