About the role

An e-commerce internship role assisting in managing daily e-commerce operations across online platforms, including product management, order processing, customer service, and digital marketing activities.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily e-commerce operations across online platforms

• Assist with product listing, updating product information, pricing, and promotions

• Support the uploading of product photos, descriptions, and relevant content

• Monitor online orders, stock availability, and order status

• Assist in processing and coordinating customer orders

• Respond to customer enquiries through online platforms and social media

• Assist in preparing sales reports and monitoring e-commerce performance

• Support online marketing activities, campaigns, and promotional activities

• Assist with social media content and basic digital marketing activities

• Coordinate with the warehouse and sales team to ensure orders are processed accurately and on time

About you

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in E-Commerce, Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field

• Able to commit to an internship of minimum 4 months

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Word

• Familiar with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, or similar platforms

• Basic knowledge of e-commerce platforms is an advantage

• Responsible, organised, willing to learn, and able to work independently

• Positive attitude and good teamwork skills
