Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle the full set of accounts for assigned entities, including monthly/quarterly financial closing, journal entries, Balance Sheet schedule, intercompany transactions, tax schedule, and bank reconciliations.
• Ensure the timely and accurate preparation and submission of monthly/quarterly management reports and relevant financial schedules.
• Prepare audit and tax schedules, ensure timely completion of statutory audits, tax filings, SST submissions, and other regulatory requirements.
• Oversee accounts receivable, accounts payable, and intercompany balances, including invoice processing, payment preparation, statement of account (SOA) reconciliations and staff claims.
• Monitor cash flow movements, bank balances, and fixed deposit (FD) placements and assist in treasury-related matters.
• Maintain proper accounting records, supporting documents, and statutory files to ensure completeness and compliance for audit and regulatory purposes.
• Liaise and collaborate effectively with internal and external parties, including auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, vendors and government authorities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or equivalent.
• At least 6 years of working experience of relevant working experience.
• Experience in handling property development accounts is an added advantage.
• Good financial reporting skills that are timely, concise, and accurate.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
