Mireia is a Singapore-grown vanilla company dedicated to growing, producing and creating products from one of the world's most beautiful and misunderstood ingredients — vanilla.

From our vanilla plants and hand-pollination to processing, packaging and finished products, we are building a Singapore-based vanilla business focused on quality, sustainability, innovation and hospitality.

We are a growing company, and we are looking for someone who wants to build something with us, not simply perform a narrow job description.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a Business Development & Operations Executive who is energetic, proactive, hardworking, resourceful and comfortable wearing different hats.

Your main responsibility will be to help Mireia grow its customer base and generate new business.

But because we are a growing company, this is not a role where you will only sit at a desk making sales calls.

There will be days when you are meeting a hotel chef, days when you are preparing samples, days when you are helping with packaging, and days when you are representing Mireia at a weekend roadshow.

We are looking for someone who enjoys being hands-on and getting things done.
