Role Description

The IT Support Executive role is a contract, on-site position based in Puchong. The role involves providing day-to-day technical support for end users, including diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and Microsoft 365-related issues. Responsibilities include managing user accounts and permissions, monitoring IT systems and networks, and ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.

The IT Support Executive will handle incident logging, escalate complex issues when necessary, and maintain documentation of IT procedures and configurations. The role also includes coordinating with vendors, assisting in basic network administration tasks, and supporting system upgrades and deployments.

Qualifications

• Strong troubleshooting and technical support skills, with 2–3 years of hands-on experience, preferably with Microsoft 365 environments.
• Experience in information technology and IT operations, including user account management, system monitoring, and incident handling.
• Knowledge of basic network administration, such as configuring routers/switches, managing Wi-Fi, and understanding TCP/IP fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive) and Windows operating systems.
• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to explain technical issues in clear, simple terms.
• Ability to work on-site in Puchong, manage multiple support requests, and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft 365 Certified, CompTIA A+/Network+) are an advantage.
