Job Description

• Plan and execute monthly social media calendars, including copywriting, visual guidelines, and in‑house/user‑generated content, while staying updated on the latest marketing tools and platforms.
• Shoot photo and video content at hotel properties and liaise with relevant departments (Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping, Events, etc.) to coordinate schedules and ensure brand‑compliant setups.
• Identify, arrange, and monitor KOL/influencer collaborations and track campaign performance against KPIs.
• Assist in organising and coordinating marketing and PR events such as press conferences, trade shows, product launches, and corporate functions.
• Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a high‑pressure environment.

Qualification & Experience

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 1–2 years’ experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation.
• Proficiency in social media management tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, TikTok Creator tools, scheduling platforms).
• Good skills in photo/video shooting and editing using smartphones and/or tools like CapCut, Canva, Adobe Lightroom/Premiere Rush.
• Strong copywriting skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (additional language such as Mandarin is an advantage).
• Good understanding of content trends, platform algorithms, and engagement tactics (Reels, TikTok trends, UGC strategies).
• Experience coordinating with KOLs/influencers and tracking basic campaign metrics (reach, engagement, conversions).
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with operations, F&B, events, and front office teams in a hotel environment.

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
