• We are looking for a detail-oriented and dependable Account Assistant to join our growing team.
• You will support the day-to-day finance operations of the company and gain practical exposure across Accounts Receivable (AR), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), reconciliations and month-end activities.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Handle daily accounting entries and maintain accurate financial records.
• Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) transactions.
• Prepare invoices, receipts, payment vouchers and supporting documents.
• Process supplier payments, staff claims and other approved expenses.
• Perform bank reconciliations and assist in monitoring incoming collections.
• Maintain proper filing and documentation for accounting transactions.
• Assist with sales and collection reconciliation for business outlets.
• Support the team in month-end closing and preparation of accounting schedules.
• Liaise with vendors, customers and internal departments on payment and accounting matters.
• Assist with audit documentation and other finance-related matters when required.
• Take on other reasonable accounting or administrative duties related to the role.

What Are We Looking For

• Degree in Accounting.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• 1–2 years of relevant accounting experience would be an advantage.
• Basic understanding of accounting principles, AR/AP and reconciliations.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with AutoCount would be an added advantage, but is not compulsory.
• Able to work on-site at our HQ in Damansara Uptown, Petaling Jaya.
• Good attention to detail and accuracy.
• A responsible attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to organize your work and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
